It is pretty good. I like it. My only problem is when I save files videos, they aren't as clear as the original. My camera is set to record in 720P @ 30fps. When I save the file as 720P @ 30fps it isn't as clear as the raw footage. I see videos on Youtube using the same camera (GoPro) and their videos are as clear as they should be.

@maddiesgirl33 The easiest way to download more effects is to go to the help menu, help contents, then scroll down to screen references. The last link on that section is Plugin Filters. You can download extra effects there.

@GaM3xFreAk We will be releasing new tutorials on a regular basis. In the interim, are you wondering how to add clip transitions between scenes? You can separate the clips and create transition effects if that is what you need. You can also enter in blank clips so you can add words or images between clips and create a scene transition in that manner.

@Emmagro If you are trying to add an effect to a specific clip you can do this by highlighting the clip in the video track and using the effects and transitions tabs. You can also use the small quick settings just to the left of the video track.

@matixwiz put your movie in the bottom, go to the beginning of the part you don't want and click split do the same at the end of the part you don't want, once done that right click on it a delete!! Check out my channel for footie vids and i will be putting one of these on there soon!

For a free application it's not bad, and it does the job for basic linear editing, sadly I wish there was options for more video tracks, chromokey and other effects, with a few upgrades this could be a professional piece of kit.

@mrpineconehead I use the Flip Ultra HD and use VideoPad to edit the video files. VideoPad supports almost every type of video file. Flip cameras save in .mp4 format. Anything can edit Flip videos, as long as the video editing software supports .mp4 video files. Windows Movie Maker does not support this type of file.

@boneman630 - If your clip is listed on the upper left you can click and drag it to the lower bar and then it plays on the right side window. If it is in the side left screen then it plays from there. Hope this helps.
