  • forget p90x, i lost 50lbs with photoshop in just seconds

  • that song again ??!! i hate it

  • @malsayg1010 No one cares.

  • I did about 60 days of P90X with minimal results (6 foot/165lbs), trying to gain some muscle and get an overall cut appearance. I think it is due to my diet not being high in protein and I believe I don't eat enough. So I started taking (today) ON gold standard whey protein after each workout (around 27g of protein). Let's hope with this, and eating more, I'll see some better results.

  • your balding and you need a tan

  • @cbba18 hahahahah omg ur so mean!

  • @cbba18 why don't u put up a video of yourself since ure so quick to judge. until then im going to assume that ur a bald fatass.

  • Dude, no way that's only from 90 days!!!

This has to be your second time completing it!

I'm almost finished with it and I see good results but nowhere near like you. Maybe after 180 days i will

  • @MikeyDown Thanks yeah that was 90 days. I started this about two years after my football days ended where I lifted every day so alot of it was muscle memory. Stick with it I guarantee you will get there. Im actually finishing my 2nd full round of it this sept gettin ready for P90X: MC2.

  • @jtaylor1219 Have you taken a look at Athlean-X and GSP Rushfit ?

  • @remington700130 Thanks. Used whey protein complex by GNC

  • By nutrition guide do you mean steroids?

  • @zacharyfmtaylor haha yeah I get the same comments from my friends. If you put a steroid in my hand I'd have no idea what to do with it.

  • which supplements did you use, and did you follow the diet guide?

  • @spongelee37 Supplements I took were gnc creatine monohydrate and whey protein complex. I followed the diet plan for about a month and found it to be little tough to stick with it I did a little research and found that no matter what you eat as long as you create a calorie deficit you will lose weight so I started eating what I liked again but with a portion control. When I stayed around a 16-1800 cal limit I steadily lost weight. Weight is simply determined by how much you eat. Hope this helps

  • Wow! Realy good!

  • Don't know what you looked like before, but you have an incredible physique.

  • @helliot13 Thank you. I've been working to complete another round hopefully I'll be able to get my day 1 photos up with that new video. Keep pushing play

  • So I'm guessing you had a fair amount of muscle before starting..like you were a regular at the gym. Im starting to become a gym rat lovin it too! lol..

  • is this just in 90 days because it looks like a second round of x

  • @Cartman3445

Sorry I never got back to you but this was round one of p90x

  • i like this video, i got two questions though...how much did you weigh when you started and how much did you finshed with. I'm at 150 lbs and I'm trying to gain weight. results look great on you and I'm wishing it will be the same for me. just need to gain the weight first

  • excellent results!

    do you have before/after pictures?

check my channel for my 90 days results too

    keep bringing it!

  • @eugabgomes I do have a power point that I made that I will be uploading soon.

  • awsome man your freakin ripped to the max im on my second week:]

  • @monster509honda Thanks. Keep working hard and I guarantee you will see results.

  • @jtaylor1219

you realise that Steve Turano talked shit about p90x, yeah?

  • You hit ab ripper x everyday bro? I actually like ab ripper the best.

  • @BlaistheJourney Everyday. I do too now, but I think thats the hardest thing to stay motivated to do three days a week after the main workouts

  • @jtaylor1219 Well it looks like it worked for you. Im on the 2nd day of my recovery week so I think for phase 2 Im gonna do abs everyday. Thats my main goal so yea Im on it. Thanx for the motivation bro. Stop by sometime.

  • @jtaylor1219 No, I meant every workout day. You dont need to do abs everyday. Your abs have to repair just like any other muscle. Do abs only on the days you lift weights.

  • is this your 1 st or 2 phase? btw ive been doing 3 weeks of p90x with my own diet and yet to see any improvement.. any pointers?

  • @89hotshot This was the last day of P90X round 1. I don't what to just give you random tips so give me a general outline of where you are and where you want to be and I should be able to give you better tips. I definitely recommend you check out bodyperformancetv on youtube. Don't watch his video on P90X. That was the only bad tips I have gotten from him out of all his videos. If you right back include weight, height, how many push ups and pull ups you can do and your goal for each,

  • great results bro. i'm finally in phase 2... we'll see how that goes. I just want to be done after the 90 day mark. I want those abs! :)

  • @niketonexc Thanks. Phase 2 is the toughest one to get through but if you can make it, its smooth sailin from there. To get the abs you gotta hit ab ripper x everyday and lose the weight. Peel the fat away by creating a calorie deficit and you will achieve your goal. Good luck.

  • Thanks man. Im probably going to make a better video with my before's. As for diet, check out a guy by the name of Steve Turano. His youtube page is bodyperformancetv. He makes a lot of since about weight loss and it's simple. As for my diet I tried to stay between 1500-1800 calories to shed the fat. I used lean cuisine for my main meals. Honestly though it doesnt matter what you eat if you stay at your target calorie intake.

  • Great results bro! What did you do for your diet? For myself the nutrition guide can get pretty expensive.
