@ku42 Go on the ASUS website and make sure you have the correct drivers installed.

@ku42 Go to asus(.)com remove the brackets. Go to the tab services , click on support, click on the tab download, pick option 2 and type ''n53jq'', pick your operting system (probably win7 64bit) , then you will get a list of drivers click on audio and download the latest one. (support. asus. com/Download. aspx?SLanguage=en&m=N53Jq&p=3&­s=271) here is the link any ways remove the spaces near the dots..

i think this is a fake . first o all i have this laptop (ASUS N53J CPU i7 1.73 ) vga NvIdia Geforce Gt425M 1gb DDr3 ) 4 gb DDr3 and when i play gta 4(the original VERSION couse seeing this menu i think this isn't the original one , couse i don't see that option with antialising thing ) it works the best in high details but with shadow quality off . If i put thouse details it would work very bad.

Can u tell me what kind of patch have u used in order to work this game so good on your computer? you have the same computer as i do but the difference is that in my case this game works with medium details , and in yours i see that it works in very high ones. But i see that the game menu is different . So please tell me what could i do , what kind of patch do i need . THanks !

@Modelinooul Search on google or youtube for GTA IV patch 1.0.4.0 and install it. GTA IV was very shit when it first came out on pc the patch will give you alot more performance! Good luck!

Hey, what could you tell me about the noise level coming out of the vent? Does the laptop stay quiet, even when gaming? And could you carry this laptop around easily, for example, a college campus?

@karatekid984230 Hey dude! it is a very silent laptop, even while running games or other high resource applications. This laptop is 15,6 inches even though it's not massive, the screen sure doesn't give you the impression it's undersized and is quite large for it's size. It's very easy to carry around!

@Modelinooul Yeah it's normal! mine does the same it's no problem just make sure nothing is infront of the air vent and don't put it on a couch or bed whilst playing. Should be fine ;)

@Taseww I haven't had any overheating problems with it, sure it get's warm but no problems with preformance what so ever. Just make sure it is placed on an even surface (not like your bed or couch) and the heated air vent has nothing blocking it, yo should be fine!

@dan4231997 Hi dan! i don't know what type of games you play but the laptop will run GTA IV at high/very high settings with smooth gameplay! just make sure you patch GTA IV to version 1.0.4.0! and make sure the laptop you are getting has the same screen resolution as mine 1366x768, you should be fine! it pretty much runs every game i've tried so far, battlefield bad company 2 (with some settings turned down)Fallout new vegas runs very good, and half life 2 games) What games you planning to play?
