Wow some of the comments are real harsh, I used to read these comics when I was younger, it was a great world to escape to. I don't know why people are expecting some epic game with top notch graphics like on the PS3. This is going to be a PC game for fans of the comic book. It probably won't cost more than ten to fifteen dollars, kind of like a downloadable game on Xbox Live or PSN.

No one in Riverdale is allowed to have any fun whatsoever. The pseudo-50s atmosphere, the naive vanity of its inhabitants, and the lack of anything resembling a soul all conspire to destroy the concept of entertainment.

In other words, it's a franchise for serial killers, and this game is no exception.

Archie Comics are very careful about the image of their characters.

No swearing, no sex, no violence, no foul language etc.

It is POSSIBLE to make a fun video game within such boundaries - but this does not look like a contender.

What age group actually READS Archie these days?

I know a 30 year old guy who still reads them every now and then for nosalgic trips...
