This is tough, but I'll have to say it's a tie between Torrie & Sable for the best. Both had AMAZING shoots. I felt Sable's shoot was sexier than Torrie's, yet Torrie's more attractive than Sable lol. It's the case of beauty vs dead sexy, and I can't choose between the two. lol

I'd say Chyna probably had the best cover.

Candice & Maria had nice shoots. Nothing special like Torrie & Sable, but still very nice to look at.
