I do lift weights. I got up to 50 pounds with free weights. My arms are okay but since I have been in London for school and could not afford the gym I have been stuck with the minimal. To be honest I do not like yoga much but maybe it was because I had a bad instructor when I took it. I have done Pilates as well. I instruct Zumba back home as well as belly dance and hip hop but I want to see what technique she uses so that is what I was referring too.
