Hi, no it was the valve lash adjustment. I had just replaced the top end of the motor and after a few miles it needed to be re-adjusted. After this adjustment, the car was silky smooth with no ticking for 10k miles. Please see the second video "S2000 idle sound after valve adjustment".
Timing chain tensioner or Valve-adjustment. But this sounds like valve-adjustment

@danmobile Did you put Ap2 retainers in it when you had it apart or check for cracked retainers?

well, it will depend who will adjust your valves. its not that much, so do it.
