@balmoraman the fire turns the air inside the bottle hotter, so it expands, making some of the air gets out of the bottle. when the fire goes out, the air comes back to his "normal" state, but now there is less "air" in the bottle, so the atmospheric pressure inside is lower. being lower, air on the outside tends to go inside pushing the egg with it. if you want to get the egg out, just blow hard to the inside of the bottle. that will increase the atmospheric pressure inside.
