  • It was discovered by German in WW1. The coffee must be regular, no cream or sugar, and must be only slightly warm, NOT HOT. Use an enema bulb, and leave it up there for 15 min or so. Some claim you must remain lying, but I can even job around with no prob. And then let release. Many iterations must be done if you have cancer or any serious disease, however. I couldn't believe I tried it, but it's true --it's hugely therapeutic, simple, and cheap.

  • I have never heard about this. I am coffee lover, and I have seen instant coffee in filter bags that can be adjusted into the coffee cup, they come from Japan and those are my fav. Thanks

  • that was funny. i can't believe it is true but i guess nowadays anything can be considered an alternative medicine.  I don't think I will be trying an enema of anykind anytime soon. =)
