yeah you should be able to do it with movie maker. plug in your camera, enable usb streaming, select your camera as the source in movie maker for capture, and then press play on your camera. Then hit record or capture in movie maker.
@modelshidden2 I just checked movie maker and it only has a webcam video source function. Not sure if it will work with your camera. Give it a try. I use Cyberlink Power Director for my video editing. You might be able to find a free video editing or capture software that will work. Even just with a capture software you can capture your video, and then import the video into windows movie maker to edit the video.
@modelshidden2 All you really need is any video editing software, and it should be able to capture your video when you stream it from your camera. You should only need to plug in your USB cord, enable usb streaming in your camera, and the video software should pick it up. If your camera does not have the USB Stream selection in the menu, then I'm not sure how to do it.
@modelshidden2 Now you just have to push the play button on your camera to play the video. Then whatever video software you are using should be able to capture it. In your software you will have to be in capture mode.
@rcaragman Yes, the Bell & Howell S7 camera with night vision only costs like $80. It can be used on a scope, but the onboard IR leds need to be blocked, and a more powerful IR light source is used. I just got one, and I'm using an inexpensive IR laser that I got off ebay. I can scope out to about 50 yards with it at night. Haven't had a chance to shoot anything with it yet though.
@jump25ontoast The Drozd Blackbird was $289 at airgundepot, the scope was about $30, the direct 9oz tank setup was about $45 including the tank. The Sony video camera with nightshot I had for a long time. You can get the camera on Ebay for cheap now.
i bigger and more powerful IR light will illuminate the eys of the animals you are aiming at, then just put the crosshairs between them and fire. well done :)
@dallasb841 Actually you're missing the point. The night sight allows me to see in the dark, and the mildots are visible. Thus, all I have to do is aim at what I need to hit. There are a number of individuals using the same type of setup as mine, and using it to take out rats at night. Glow in the dark tracers would be redundant. Not to say it wouldn't be cool to have glow in the dark tracer bbs.
