i seriously can't get over how sick this is. the songs complement each other so much. and it's like you made a better instrumental version and put the songs together which is awesome because other people just overlap the instrumentals or switch between each which makes it suck. so yeah. awesome :)

@SmexiiStevie Hehe. What can I say? I'm a bit of a perfectionist. I wouldn't have released it if I didn't think it was up to my standards!

I generally make a rough demo before making the actual instrumental so I know where to change things up, it's why the instrumental is longer and slightly altered to what I wanted it to sound like.

I like structure as well, so as you said, it's not a simple overlap. I make it sound as if they're meant to be.

@SmexiiStevie It's important to me that any mix, no matter if it's a simple mash up or not, must have some sort of structure, symmetry and organisation. Generally every mix of mine has quite a bit of thought into it. Combined with my subtle techniques, I make it all blend so that it sounds more like a 'featuring' or 'duet'.

I'm glad you noticed the difference between my mixes and that of others though. And that you noticed the instrumental is different.

J.Lo's performance was indeed very captivating. So I couldn't really be bothered waiting for the video to be released because I think that performance was enough for it. It's why there was a bit of a delay in getting this mix out, because of that video. Even so, I hope it was worth the wait!!

Thanks! Well you know, I'm not a fan either and I'm not too fond of Lady GaGa myself, in particular. But I know people do, and I thought it'd be a good combination regardless. Always a bit of fun experimenting and this is what came out of them.
