  • alright THNX and where r they held, and plus how much do you spend in one trip if your a gun person,i know we r ?

  • @FinnishPower your lame and

@rob762x51 wheat dose the sign say at 2:39 minnigun what ?? VERY BOTTOM

  • @nickteen1, It says: "Mini Gun Rental" then shows amount of ammo, how long it takes to fire and the price. Examples: 100 rounds, 1.5 seconds, $75 - - - 500 rounds, 7 seconds, $375 - - - 1000 rounds, 15 seconds, $750. This was 2006-2007 and that guy has not returned to the shoot- he's out of Cheyenne and has his own shoot in Casper (WY). I think MGShooters opened their own rental area and insurance pushed him out.

  • Why do english speaking people say "lock and load" I mean normaly you have to say unlock and load (means ready to fire)

  • This imperative phrase originally referred to the operation of the M1 Garand Rifle, the standard U.S. Army rifle of WWII. Its meaning is more general now, referring to preparation for any imminent event. The original phrase was actually reversed, "load and lock." The phrase refers to inserting a clip of ammunition into the rifle, "loading," and "locking" the bolt forward thereby forcing a round into the chamber.

  • The phrase first appears in Gach's 1941-42 In the Army Now. It was immortalized by John Wayne (who else?) in 1949's Sands of Iwo Jima, where the Duke reversed the phrase to the current "lock and load."

  • Well, that's the point. Lock n' Load refers to "Locking the safety in place" and "Loading the weapon". This is the safe way to load a firearm. Usually "Lock n' Load" is followed by "Make Ready and Fire", which refers to Aiming your weapon, removing the safety, and working the trigger mechanism. In the case of this shoot, they use a horn and a red safety flag.

  • Actually, it means LOCK the bolt to the rear, LOAD the ammo (i.e. insert the magazine), and as snipedu1st stated, Make Ready, which the bolt is released home on the 1st round, and Fire, which is self explanitory.

  • Really... I stand corrected. I'll have to float this around to the old timers at the next shoot. Thanks for the input.

  • WAAAAAY too much setup, not enough shooting.

  • It's a teaser, sorry. You're supposed to get a video from the website mgshooters dot com - or come to a live event. But wait another year and I'll post the shooting from this one...

  • This event has to be seen live to be believed.
