this is such a great tutorial, you really did a great job going in depth with what needed to be taught and skipped over everything that the viewer should know, i hate when tutorials assume everyones a beginner especially when it doesnt even explain the hard parts enough, 5/5 favorited, as soon as i figure out how to rate with the new format

First of all. There are millions of Sybil's out there at the moment. Which makes this cut nothing special. The two card twirl at the end is fun, but again. After Jonas realeased Gatsuuga, everyone made their version of the 2 card spinning/twirling action.

But I like the name and the cut really. 3/5

No, she compiles moves from other cuts into a unique pattern to create her own flourishes.  She also takes conceptual and theoreticals from other moves and applies the same physics to create moves of her own. She has a very good style and it's quite unique and entertaining, and she does create them herself.
