All they have to do is trace that light back a few feet and open fire. They might not hit you the first time or even the 5th time but sooner or later they will hit you. So my advise is to give up all lights unless you are a cop entering a home where everyone is unarmed.

try walking my house with a light swinging around, i'll shoot at 4 feet, average place for center mass. that technique is a joke, you think a robber would shoot 7feet up in the air when a light is moving around? don't forget the "fatal funnel", where any door and hall is a death certificate waiting to happen... these guys work for surefire, so they are endorsing lights, some of these techniques are great, but the swinging the light over your head and having a false sense of security is retarded.
Have you ever trained with or went up against someone using these techniques, and are you trained in room clearing? If not, than you shouldn't be drawing conclusions from a youtube video.

Not so with real steel. You need to be very fast, and very precise. These guys could probably clear an entire shoothouse in about 2 minutes. I'd like to see you do that without being hit with a pellet. Btw, neck indexing is a QUICK DRAW technique. Let me tell you. Its alot faster than anything you have.
Second of all, QUICK DRAW, thats the key word. Pistol against AK, who wins? Depends on who can draw faster, and in low light sits, a powerful light like a Surefire (believe me, they are BRIGHT), it can be VERY painful for the guy with the AK. And one more thing, do you think these guys train some of our top military SF for no reason? I mean you probably haven't even been in the military.
