I got the same headgear except besides the headstrap I got a neckstrap as well. Its called a combi headgear. Then both straps hook to my facebow and the facebow slides into tiny tubes on my upper braces bands. I wear headgear from after dinner til morning. I have worn it out of the house to a late movie a few times and on late flights from the west coast to Florida. Its funny going thru security at the airport wearing headgear! LoL!
