debt collectors can't do shit to you...its a fucking game...so just play it better then them and have fun with it....or do what these guys did as it is illegal for them to contact you after you document telling them to stop...if they do it's $1,000.00 fine per infraction..get a good lawyer and get paid sueing them in your state....plus possible harrasment charges for the debt collectors as well.
Just wondering because I had Sally Mae people harassing me a year after I made my final student loan payment. It wasn't worth my time to take legal action, but it really pissed me off.
MrSickMF - and I am supposed to be scared that I might get sued? I'm not scared of them.
Collection agents are bullies... they prey on consumers that don't know their rights. However, if they try to collect from a consumer that knows the law, they back off rather quickly. I've already got several collection items deleted from my credit report because of their carelessness.
i did this and guess what happened..they stopped calling! it worked! except they sued me instead your an idiot dude! now im getting garnished thanks for telling the truth and nothing but the whole truth.
@MrSICKMOTHERFUCKER before you send a cease and desist letter you should ask to be sent a proof of debt, debt collectors usually don't have this, and without they will never win a lawsuit. if they have it they will probably have gone into the lawsuit in order to collect anyway.
I love it when people handle what is intended to be a stressful situation with HUMOR and INTELLIGENCE.
This is clever as well as fun. Great job, John. 8-D
I learned how to clobber a Citibank collections attorney in court and forced him to voluntarily dismiss his case against us. I WON. No taste as sweet as the taste of VICTORY.
I will never be intimidated by these bottom feeders again. More and more people are becoming empowered.
Yeah well, those fuckers can sue you even illegally.

I always fuck around with the female callers, saying that I'm a porn star that's just starting his career

It's okay, but I tried this and it works better:
Stop the Calls: Guerilla Warfare to Stop Bill Collectors. Amazon has it, or go to their site.
