She died because suicide .. if you see the movie , you'll get it . She did all K wanted for her - so she followed his wish and then she couldn;t live without him , and she gone after him .. it says on the registration she left ( her husband take that band on their memorial place ) ..

to Illuuiiss and every1 else thinking you watched the incomplete version... these scenes are not included in the film. These were made for the song specifically... THere are no extra scenes in the movie, it's just in Korea, some movies and dramas show extra scenes through music videos. Boys over flowers drama does the same thing with their drama. They show extra scenes through music videos taking place after it ends.

no damnthatgirl... there is no incomplete version... most likely you did watch the full movie, but along with lot of other ppl, think its incomplete cuz this mv shows extra scenes. music videos just tend to show extra scenes after a movie or drama is finished. Both movie and music video are related to each other but contain extra scenes in the mv probably because it would promote the song and movie better. After all, the extra scenes make lot of movie fans watch it

oh that sucks big time but it's a bit confusing. we don't know how the girl died at the end and it looks like she commit suicided to be with him. i dislike it like when they cheat fans with extra scenes and whatnot. overall, good movie though.

in the music video it shows her with the strong pills she found that K used. She ended up taking it and overdosed herself to death. That's what it seems like anyway

no she didnt overdosed herself to death. K told Cream that the pills were vitamins so one day Cream ate the pills and felt weird i guess, then she went to the doctors and asked the doctors what the pills really were. Thats how she knew that he was going to die.

Hey, where is this from??? I watched this film already, but all of these scenes are not in there!! In the end, I only see that Kay passed away and his girl suicides but there wasn't any scene....it just says so!! The one that I saw seems totally different from this one, although it has the same story!

I like & enjoy all of Lee Bo youngs drama. Kwong Sang woo too. This is suppose to be sad. Hope they do a happy cheerful one together next time. Good actors together
