This boss is fairly easy when you know the fight, as the elemental will often attack 4-5 times with the same type of attack, ie using a bow, I had a bit of trouble actually knowing when he was using magic because I was on low settings but with a full inventory of sharks, and a couple super restores, this is very doable.
