  • it took a long time for me to be able to bench 315 but now after seeing this I feel week. For that reason I dont think I will watch another video like this. i'll just keep telling myself im the strongest.

  • Nice lift - no doubting you are a stong guy but hell of a bounce off at the bottom. If you want to post a PB to rule there has to be a pause at the bottom to eliminate bounce

  • what do the bands do? just give it more stabalization or somethin?

  • Its like using a bench shirt, Easier at the bottom, harder at lockout.

  • it makes it easier, u can also put the band the other way so it pulls the bar down, its like a chain bench it just works you out in a different way
