Nice work man! I think sometimes you start the explosive pull too early and could wait a little longer (I do this as well) but in general I think they look allright. You look really strong squatting tho, well done
@Demus15 Thanks man! I am still working on my double BW high bar back squat, but I just got 305lb for 2 yesterday. I found out that my quads are my strong point... who would have guess that 27" legs would help me squat better in a high bar position? lol.
1) don't EVER sit in the bottom unless absolutely necessary to get your balance.
2) straighten your upper back more in the receiving position
3) most important- stop "back handing" or doing "reverse curls" when you finish your second pull. keep the bar closer to your chest and this will prevent you from jumping forward.

three things to start with:
