  • Nice work man! I think sometimes you start the explosive pull too early and could wait a little longer (I do this as well) but in general I think they look allright. You look really strong squatting tho, well done

  • @Demus15 Thanks man! I am still working on my double BW high bar back squat, but I just got 305lb for 2 yesterday. I found out that my quads are my strong point... who would have guess that 27" legs would help me squat better in a high bar position? lol.

  • three things to start with:

    1) don't EVER sit in the bottom unless absolutely necessary to get your balance.

    2) straighten your upper back more in the receiving position

    3) most important- stop "back handing" or doing "reverse curls" when you finish your second pull. keep the bar closer to your chest and this will prevent you from jumping forward.
