Allahu e shperblefte hoxhen Mazllum per fjalet e mira qe i tha, se me te vertet ky popull ka nevoje shum per keshilla, duhet te dije mire se ke te votoje ashtu sic tha edhe hoxha, zgjedhet duhet te ia japesh atij qe ia ka friken Allahut dhe qe fal namizin, ne menyre qe te ndryshohet gjendja e ketij populli, se perndryshe, nese muslimanet nuk dalin ne zgjedhje atehere do te shkojne mire se do te marre miresia tatpjeten. Allahu e ndihmofte hoxhen dhe te gjithe hoxhallaret.
