i am looking to get a new ball, and love the sharp back end on all of these shots. one question for anyone willing to field it: how forgiving is the ball if you reduce the hook and go flat then in? is the core just too hook heavy to prevent this? love the pin action on these shots, and thanks for the display of this equipment.

@mitthar I have found this ball to be really versatile, including changing the layouts. The sharp backend movements in this video are from a skid/flip layout, where the ones that are smoother throughout the entire lane are something that is more of a controllable layout (pin next to ring finger). Changing the layout and the surface will allow the bowler to customize the reaction to exactly what you want/need. Definitely one of the most versatile bowling balls that I have ever used.

you have a great release but if you were to come up to your ear instead of up across your face you could actually increase your hook by about six boards and you'll get more drive.
