In the Thelemic version of both the Star Ruby and Liber Reguli, Air is in the North and Earth is in the East. While in the Lesser Ritual Of The Pentagram and Greater Ritual Of The Pentagram it is the opposite.

There is no correct direction for example in the correspondences given by Rabbi Isaac of Simon from Acre in his Torah Analysis he gives the directions totally differently and associates the same angels with different directions and different elements.

A more important question is whether they practice them with a group of people who are able and well read in Qabalah. Whether they took the time to learn Asana, Pratayama and Dhyana before hand. How seriously they take the practice (like do they do Resh every day with a banishing for example). Some of this information sadly I will not divulge over the internet.

He gives the wrong signs for liber resh vel helios (you're supposed to use the elemental layout from reguli not from LBRP and LUX = earth not fighting set). He translates Sat nam to be I am the essence of life when it means truth is the name.
He tries to pronounce chakras using hebrew/greek transliteration rather than sanskrit and comes up with the idea that they should be called kakras

He suggests that the ankh is made up of two symbols and there is little evidence of them being separate prior to his mention. He clearly hasn't seen a svastika in Indian otherwise he would know both are used in Indian art. Also he knows near nothing about alchemy. I could go on this is only what I remember.

He was a former member of The Golden Dawn. That group had a ritual very similar but was called 'The Lesser Ritual Of The Pentagram'. If you are interested in knowing more, get the book 'Modern Magick;". It is recommended you learn the 'The Lesser Ritual Of The Pentagram first' 'The Greater/ Ritual Of The Pentagram' .
