@TheLolStephanie its not a pen its a type of marker and the name of it is Sharpie. they come in variety of colors which is awesome. You can get them anywhere pretty much!! ^^ but a little warning while using them to draw is that they may leak through the paper and bleed onto the surface, but thats if you use too much of it! I hope i helped!
