  • Aero Zeppellin From Nirvana! :DD Kurt is Happy! :D

  • duas bandas massa

  • Steven Tyler, a very well Bring it on home.

  • EPIC! Thanks!

  • Just goes to show how really amazing they are as musicians. No rehearsal, kick around some ideas backstage, then just go out and play and it sounds badass.

  • Ahh I love Jimmy's laugh.

  • Robert was great in the Zeppelin days and then his voice failed, When he did his thing with the bluegreass queen, it was plain a simple, his voice was DONE for the type of music Led Zeppelin did. My hat is off the robert for saying I just can't make the grade anymore. He was 100% in his day, now not so much, dont get me wrong, I'm a HUGE Zeppelin fan

  • The magic happens at 7:10

  • holy fuggin shit

  • 2:08 AUSHDUHSAUDHUSAHDUSAHDUASHUD plant and tyler dancing

  • @Germano820 yeah!! hahahahah

  • this is amazing shit right here

  • blues rock at its best

  • LOVE this, but this is neither all of Aerosmith (no Tom, no Brad, no Joey) or all of Zeppelin (no Bonzo obviously.)

    Still, this rocks!!

  • Plant and Tyler...what a perfect combination

  • audio sux but this FKN ROCKS thnx for sharing!!!!! awesome!!!

  • Stop it! God, can't you just enjoy the hell out of this??? This is like a dream come true, so dream on......

  • whats the second song they playing

  • 3:18 Roberta says damn, I'm having fun man!

  • Zep was the original "jam band" for sure. Page was sloppy for sure, but damn could he carry on. I'm always blown away how, when a good jam band all drop into the pocket at the same time even when they all seem to be of in a far away land. It's like they breath the same air

  • the beginning is more like a dance battle between robert and steven haha

  • steven declined the offer to take robert's place because he knew everything that you guys are already saying: no one can replace robert

  • what song were they playing?

  • That's a motherfucking heavy sound these guys have got.

  • this is actually one of the best performances plant has given since 1976

  • Real rock stars.

  • awesome performance, but led zeppelin totally upstaged aerosmith, probably because their just a bit more better. Jimmy Page is the best!

  • @XDanTheGuitarManX They upstaged Aerosmith, because it was Led Zeppelin's Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction, not Aerosmith's. Nobody's trying to upstage anybody here, it's about a celebration of LED ZEPPELIN's music. Besides, the only people in Aerosmith here are Joe Perry & Steven Tyler. That leaves off Brad Whitford, Tom Hamilton, and Joey Kramer. Think before you speak.

  • @SexyChalupa Well, judging from the video, there was no indication that it was Led Zeppelin being inducted, but thanks for pointing out that it was only Joe Perry and Steven Tyler, I did not catch that since it said Aerosmith, and not just Joe Perry and Steven Tyler :)

  • ~There you have it folks, the greatest American rock band to ever step foot on a stage in Aerosmith and Thee "absolute greatest" rock band ever to step foot on a stage in Led Zeppelin, period. No rock band before or since even comes close to either.

  • check out the next song its awesome

  • Y'know what I think is the most amazing thing, is you don't even realize it's Jason on the drums. And considering who he's sitting in for, that itself speaks volumes.

  • awesome still just plainly awesome

  • Comment removed

  • Truly Gods Of Rock.

  • anyone whos never done a pyschodelic before is incapable of doing the hippie spin to music, its not rehersed dance. its just letting vibrations both sound and emotional vibes, and letting them control the body. go to any music festival. you'll see a few exammples

  • @THEk1nslayer I know where you're coming from. It's pretty obvious from the pre 1965 to post 65 bands in SF, NY mostly and of course, the UK. Nothing like a good trip of decent whatever. Usually the mind/body/spirit tells one when not to do this anymore.... mine lasted a few late teen years to 21.. these are very viscerally changing substances. They saved Rock music. Don't know whats going to save it now. I hope the net does.

  • awesome love it

  • Wow, they gave us all quite a treat that night!

And I just have to comment on John Paul, he just owns the bass, period!

  • Led Zeppelns first 5 albums are their prime. Physical Graffitti should have been their Swan Song for Plant. Pages' effeminate mannerisms and ad libbed outside of the lines live performance should've pissed page off more than it seemed to. Their glory days have been over for some time, but their music does live on ( in the studio record of brilliance)

  • I love how they really cranked the bass!

  • i wouldve chugged a gallon of horse cum to be there

  • @RisingSon011 yeah but seriously. Frikin amazing show.

  • Jimmy and Joe OMG!!!

  • My all time fav hard rock bands

  • This video really makes me happy that they never did anything with Tyler afterwards. PS. The most voted comment on this video is clearly retarded.

  • @Zebonka dude, Steven is the only one who could have pulled off doing anything with Zep.

  • *shrug* I don't think it worked that well. I'm glad they didn't do it. The Plant & Page stuff in the 90's was pretty much a Zeppelin reunion anyway. The only reason they didn't invite JPJ was probably because they just wanted to avoid calling it one. Pity, really!

  • the 2 greatest rock voices of all time on 1 stage, my mind has been official blown

  • Zeppelin with Tyler give me a fucking break!!!

  • Jimmy shows great dynamics in his sound, loud and soft with enormous tone and quality. When he turns his guitar down it still sounds great, full of feel and tone. That's what makes the difference between great and legendary status. Some of you people have rocks in your head to suggest that Robert could be replaced by anyone in Zep and that he has lost his voice. His voice is different, but it's still ROBERT FUCKING PLANT, idiots.

  • I think Robert has lost all his lemon juice

  • That lucky security guard standing right there behind Jimmy...I would have been getting pictures and autographs...then fired!

  • Come togther!!!!

    (Beatles)

    ....that's what it's all about

  • Jimmy is so full Of booze, glad he cleaned up.

  • why doesnt robert plant want to do a tour? it sux alot for the younger fans such as myself,,, i dont have a chance to see them...... i saw aerosmith last year and it was cliterally the best night of my life, im bein dead serious..,

  • @crisis610 The last time Led Zeppelin had a reunion tour it was a wreck for Robert Plant, he simply can't sing any long. Jimmy and John Paul can still both play amazingly, but Robert's voice is dead.

  • @MenWhoPutOnGlasses He sounds exactly the same IMO! Saw him live last year and he was amazing!

  • @crisis610 out of respect for John Bonham and alot of bad mishaps in his life he chose to quit the band.

  • @crisis610 bcuz he doesn't wanna ruin Zep's legacy and bcuz of course ppl will start to compare his voice when he was younger with zep and now

    .

  • guys cant we just watch the video here instead of talking about things that are unpleasent about each band in this video?

  • Ha! Pagey's great: either pissed or on drugs!

  • aerosmith sucks

  • @JustSomeGuyOk Jimmy doesn't think the same

  • @sueellen360 well Max does

  • @JustSomeGuyOk I just think it's stupid to say a band suck cuz u don't like it

  • @sueellen360 hey thats just my opinion. you have yours

  • @JustSomeGuyOk I'm not saying you have to like them but they don't suck, you just don't like them

  • y steven parese qe no tiienee musha participacion :/

  • Page looks good with a black Les Paul!!

  • Damn good ,when Robert kisses Jimmy!!

  • a lot of egos on that stage, tyler with led zep is not led zep, it's an insult.

  • i feel like crying

    gods

  • wuts thu furst song called

  • @demmery BRING IT IN HOME

  • @demmery THE FIRST SONG IS BRING IT ON HOME

  • Wow drums have never been given the respect they deserve since John Bonham. Christ, those drums sound terrible.

  • this goes to prove that the original acid using band can still rock only problem Led Zeppelin and Aerosmith did not agree on it it was Led zeppelin or aerosmith.. For real this video goes to show why groups like Led zeppelin and the Beatles made the groups like Aerosmith Kiss

  • How does it get better than this?

  • alot of people say page is sloppy.HE played that way on purpose.derr!

as for aerosmith, they were influenced by zeppelin.period.

  • The name of the song, please ?

  • @Greatmk bring it on home

  • @Zeppelinfan11or12 thanks !

  • somebody give Jimmy a joint and a shot of Jack Daniels asap. he would have played better...

  • Led Zeppelin + Aerosmith - Baby, Please Don't Go - Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Awards paste this. the intro is classic page plant

  • the greatest bands together

  • Blimey worth my broadband subscription and loads more to see and listen to this amazing video

  • man! loved it when the guitar phased from one side to the other at 7:19 .. reminded of the Page thing of yesteryear..lol

  • Plant is the best singer...your voice is pootent...he have style...and make the rock roll...

  • CHRIST WAS PAGE HIGH AS SHIT!

  • @skilletchops hahahaha YES he was!!!! Tyler and Perry too!

  • 6:49 Great

  • Tyler destroys Plant

  • what year what this btw?>

  • yo dawg were b ma nigga lil wayne???

  • Two of the BEST BANDS EVER UNDENIABLE

  • Leave it to John Paul Jones to be the "smart" one here musically! It's a "no-brainer", why not play songs that both bands cut their teeth on: "Train Kept A Rollin'"?

  • Thumbs up for a world tour of Led Zeppelin with Steven Tyler (becuase Robert doesnt want)

    Jimmy Page

    Steven Tyler

    John Paul Jones

    Jason Bonham

  • @chikolui WTF noo. Steven Tyler wouldn't be able to give a good show. He can't feel the LEd Zeppelin spirit. You can see it in this video. Led Zeppelin is too big for steven tyler

  • @chikolui I really like Steven Tyler but there is nobody like Plant and probably never will.

  • @chikolui Well there are at least 15 people who are stupid enough to want to see Tyler take Robert's place in Zeppelin.

  • @TheHockeyCentral Well said!

  • @chikolui he doesnt want to because he thinks led zeppelin is cursed he lost his son and wife and he thinks cause of led zeppelin and jimmy and john paul johns, aleister crowley studies interfer long live zeppelin

  • @chikolui I think it would work, because Plants vocals have gone to age

  • @WarriorDudePerson lololol plants voice is as strong as ever. u on crack?

  • @chikolui No, because that wouldn't be Led Zeppelin, because then they would be missing not one, but two crucial parts of the band and it would just be the Jimmy and John jamming with Steven and Jason, not Led Zeppelin.

  • @chikolui Steven is crp live. ever notice studio songs sound nothing like live. dream on is a fave of mine and i swear ST didnt sing studio version

  • @chikolui yea tyler did "audition" to be the touring singer when planty decided against it. the problem was that aerosmith said they would then kick tyler out and find a new singer if he did that. tyler threatened to sue aerosmith if they got a new singer, and it was all settled then that steven couldnt do it. sad because i really wanted him to.

  • @chikolui I don't know, I don't like the way Steven sings. No way. You know what I mean, Percy is not a singer that you can replace that easily. He has such a particular voice and way of singing. Come on, here Plant is definitely not at his best but he obtains an overwhelming victory versus Tyler (even if of course we're not talking about a competition). I think that Zep age is ended, and (even if I'm so sorry) deep down in my heart I know that even Jimmy wouldn't be able to play good enough.

  • @chikolui They have got to come to Norway too!!

  • @chikolui With Steven Tyler? I don't think so, I love Aerosmith... But just no...

  • @chikolui No one can ever replace Plant not even Steven Tyler not any one, it wouldn't be Zeppelin, would it?

  • @chikolui THAT WOULD BE LAME!!!!! besides theyre all to old now to be touring!!! page is 67!!!! its over!!!! but ya still got the music though!!! peace!!!

  • @chikolui Be serious, man, you cannot just replace Plant and still call that... gathering Led Zeppelin. Go to a tribute band's show then, cause it would be the same damn thing. I hate when people only talk about Jimmy Page's guitar and forget how important was Plant for the band with his voice, and his blues, and his knowledge about all types of music, and his lyrics. No Plant, no Led Zeppelin and get over it.

  • @miki03soimu - Jimmy Page wasted too much time and effort propping up Plants ego( see 'The Elephant Man'). Plant is a Live performance murderer, as has been since Zeppelin 4 (zoso). I love Zeppelin, including Plant, after #4 his voice broke and his stage presence was always bigger in his own head. I could only stand Houses Of The Holy after some time, and about 1/4 of Physical Graffiti. steven Tyler would be an excellent replacement. A cat in a blender with the lid off would blow Plant away.

  • @sknBcm9 Ok, maybe they should put a cat in a blender then (don't call PETA, lol)! I don't say Plant should return, but I say he will always be the best singer for the Zep songs even if he cannot scream. And you know why? Because he puts emotion in them, he knows their meaning, he can recreate their magick, he can mix together the blues, folk, country, gospel, Oriental influences. Can anyone else do that? Probably a cat in a blender, yeah, man!

  • @miki03soimu I'd say no Bonham, and I mean John, no Led Zeppelin ...

  • @miki03soimu Well, the reason people give Page so much credit is because he IS the man who formed Zeppelin. Plant made major contributions, but he more than likely would've gone nowhere without Page's recognition.

  • @miki03soimu Not even just Plant, what about Jones, and Bonham? Like u said, its Led Zeppelin, not a tribute show.

  • @chikolui thats not led zeppelin

  • @chikolui fuck you

  • @chikolui Led Zeppelin: Robert Plant, John Paul Jones, Jimmy Page and John Bonham. Without any of these four there is simply no sence in calling it Led Zeppelin.

  • I was SO happy to see these two bands to play together, this almost brought tears to my eyes! I taped this when I heard it was going to be on the first time and lost the tape (shame on me!) I knew Aerosmith and Zeppelin HAD to be friends!

  • Wow Steven Tyler is such a lucky bastard.

Cause he can't sing he sucks and he can't dance a he sucks and Led Zeppelin are gods.

  • @Mr8bitgamer Hey, Tyler is a graet singer and Zeppelin are gods .

  • I NEED 11 SHOTGUNS.

  • i love led

  • 2:09 simultaneous spinning.

  • Ur an idiot cause Aerosmith is better. Stupid idiot.

  • No way aerosmith is better. Theyre very good, but better? C'mon man, no way.

  • wow i didnt know u could get the best and worst rock n roll bands on the stage together aerosmith are not worthy

  • @TheReilly8 ¬¬ Worst? go away. Mr. Jimmy Page himself asked them to induct Led Zeppelin

  • what song is this and what album is it off of ?

  • 10 people are idiots

2 of the greatest bands together and they dislike it

    How?

  • OMFG! 4 legends and personal idols. PINCH ME!

Also, Joe is kinda a jr. and slightly less good jimmy! loools!

  • Steven Tyler looks Nervous as shit sandwiched between those two.... Talking about performing together in just a few minutes....

  • 2:10 Plant spinnin around, Tyler humpin the air

    greatest frontmen out there!

  • Jimmy Page becomes someone else when he straps the beast on. Its pretty incredible

  • my girl picked up the bbc sessions cd, wow ne one who doesnt hav it go get it, its so amazing, its live and in a small venue i think, mostly blues stuff, its great!

  • i find it kind of strange that joe perry and jimmy page kind of look like, they both play les pauls and they both have the same initials

  • Page and Plant, way cool.

  • Sellam anyone knows how that song?

  • just looking at jimmy page and steven tyler and robert plant all next to eachother just give me a boner

  • Bring it on home, Bring it on ho-o-ome. I love it:D

  • Both playing 59 les pauls, is Jimmy's

Les Paul the one that Joe Walsh gave him or is it a different one.

  • @CacheSeaker yea the 59 is the one Walsh gave him

  • I remmeber this, it was so great seeing all them together, Joe Perry and Steve Tyler included.

  • I've only just got into led zeppelin what is this song called?

  • @graemegwoodman Bring it on Home, Off of Led Zeppelin II

  • Comment removed

  • @graemegwoodman If you're just getting into Zeppelin, get Zep II, not only this song that you like, but the whole album, beginning to end, is such a great experience. Listen on a nice sound system, put away some time so you can listen to the entire album. By the time you get to Bring It On Home, which the last track, you will have expreienced one of the great rock albums, Led Zeppelin II, a near perfect record. I envy you that you are just finding this.

  • @Jellogel absolutely right. led zep 1 and II , but 2 especially. Jello is right, anyone who remembers discovering that record for the 1st time knows why he said he envy's you if you are just finding led zep II.

  • hey page is the man and as far as a virtuoso at the guitar there isnt anyone better, but i must say, Perry is damn good and structured here and always has been solid, you cant count out Perry as one of the best blues guitarist to have lived. I mean for fuck sake Page asked Perry to introduce Zeppelin to the hall of fame, if that doesnt show respect then i dont know what does! mad props to the JPs of each band

  • This one goes to 11

  • what are the songs pleasE?

  • 10 people are fucking stupid

  • 649alex..

Dude are you retarded led Zeppelin is more well known than aerosmith you nob of course people would know Robert plant over Steven Tyler.

  • @graemegwoodman... well I'm wrong. they are both very well known. and are great bands. I apologize

  • It is rather amusing to know that abba and run dmc inducted in a hall of fame and deep purple is not inducted there! )))))

  • if only god had given us john bonham back for one night so he can celebrate this

but i guess he was to busy learning to play drums from bonham

  • yea! go john paul jones!

  • "Give us a clue, Jimmy!" I love this clip.

  • Good thing Jimmy was there to kep it all together.....lol...........What a riff!

  • Comment removed

  • When was this? Late 80s or early 90s?

  • This video gives me chills. Words can't describe how awesome this is.

    Steven Tyler and Robert Plant

    Joe Perry and Jimmy Page

America's Greatest Rock Band and Englands Greatest Hard Rock Band!

What a night this might have been!

  • This is how you act before you go on stage. They are performers day and night

    just as rush had said

  • OMFG IF THEY BOTH DID THIS ONE SONG AT THE MCG. it would sell out!!!!!!! 650 a ticket and people would come by the thousands

  • Aerosmith is the best!!
