Or, before/during the mission, you can make two saves, and in one of them you can unmask Killbane, and in the other, you can spare him. Then, you can go to the save with the mask, wear it, upload your character with it online, go to the Saints Row website, put it in your queue, then you can go to the save with the Apoco-Fist, and download your character with Killbane's mask, all without cheats.
