Youve inspired me to bodybuild, and I'm 14. Ive always been pretty built but I cant do planche pushups because i have a TON of leg muscle from being a biker most of my life :L
@xPowerofwillx they take lots of practice and progression, not a move anyone can just do starting off... Have to practice pushups in tucked planche form. Also practice muscle ups and handstand pushups freestanding/ or against a wall. Those are good moves to start working at and build alot of power and muscle.

@Fazioenterprise I don't do to much weight training, most of my exercise comes from running, Muay Thai, and Jiu-Jitsu. But gonna start hitting the weights, your vids are encouraging
You know how a really intense (heavy) workout with the weights can result in being sore the next day or two...do you get sore like that from all these body-weight workouts...maybe not as much, or maybe worse??? As always, you display incredible strength!

is this for tiger kung fu? Because tiger claw pushups ("Taming the tiger") is a simple push up on the five fingers and toes of each hand and foot.
