We have this concert on DVD at home and I must have watched this a bajillion times when I was little. Honestly no one really minds her lip syncing when she dances this good. Though I do have to say that she sang all the ballads live. She was pretty good, really. Not a bad singer at all.

the whole lipsyncing rumors started in 2001 on the opps tour when the screen was 1 second behind and now still carrying on. how can anyone say her performances are lipsynced by viewing a screen that has a delay they can't. people have now forgotten that but the rumors remain she sings live and is amazing and people who don't believe that are jealous, lame or stupid!!!!!

@juicyjordan21961 the tour director would not know about it, the sound engineer is the person in charge of the music. she didn't dance as much in circus tour yet she did in her other tours. she pulled it off then she can pull it off now with less dancing
