dude!! lol im so there. lol i went from 180 to 183 for like 2 weekz. then i jumped to 188 lol aaaaahhh!!! and yea its cuz i got lazy and didnt wanna work out or calorie count blah blah blah lol and i missed taco belll :) anyways i got pooped when i seen 188 and that was last week. since then i gotten back down to 180. and thats cuz i ate shit loads of fruit lol if i can do it u can do its that easy. its the "no bullshit" plan these days :) WE GOT THIS
