How would you know it was or wasn't? Scientist discovered that there was a hole in the atmosphere, and assumed it was unnatural. Yet, there was no instrument to record this before hand, so how do we know it has always been there? Plus, if you look up facts on it, it fluctuates over time. If it was Global Warming wouldnt it just get bigger?

the hole in the atmosphere I believe you're referring to is in the ozone layer. this was caused by CFCs in man-made products and is quite seperate from global warming. it fluctuates over time because it is a complex entity; ozone is reformed, by the action of UV light on oxygen molecules, over time but continues to be broken down by CFCs still in the atmosphere.
