Enel is one of the very few One Piece characters that made OP look unique, i mean, hes Extremely powerful, hes insane to a level where he calls himself the god, and he got abilities that only god is known to have, Ability to predict, to hear other people from Far away, he can restart his heart if it has stopped, move at an extremely high speed,can fly. if you actually think about it, he got everything he needs to become a god. If luffy hadnt shown up, he would be unstoppable... ITS common sense.

I'm guessing you arent very far in the series yet. We saw LOTS of people incredibly stronger then Enel at this point. Enel is one of the very few One Piece characters that made OP look unique, i mean, hes Extremely powerful, hes insane to a level where he calls himself the god, and he got abilities that only god is known to have, Ability to predict, to hear other people from Far away, he can restart his heart if it has stopped, move at an extremely high speed,can fly. if you actually think about it, he got everything he needs to become a god. If luffy hadnt shown up, he would be unstoppable... ITS common sense.

@The6thGamefreak Yes thank you. Sure, his DF IS powerful, but when he was hit, he got pretty much owned. However, the admirals have shown time and time again that they can take hits from the most powerful of people, people that are far above Luffy. I think people just get all crazy when they see his DF in action, which is impressive, but not admiral level.

Just think about Blackbeard or the 3 admirals, they dont need to be immune to lightning or be able to hurt lightning when they can just nullify Enel's powers and beat the crap of his now totally normal body. Dragon (Enel could get his ass kicked by three generations of Monkey), Dark King Raylegh, Sengoku, Smoker and his sea stone sword, they could all beat Enel, some of them fairly easely.

I'm guessing you arent very far in the series yet. We saw LOTS of people incredibly stronger then Enel at this point. Guys like Raylegh or Blackbeard can most definitly hurt Enel just with their powers or their Haki, his lightning body mean absolutely nothing to them. You think the speed of lightning is fast? Kizaru move at the speed of light! You think shooting lightning at people is deadly? Akainu shoot freaking lava at people! Enel is nothing special compared to the likes of Whitebeard.

Firstly, no it doesnt move at the speed of light. Of course, the light the lightning produce move at the speed of light but the lightning itself doesnt, otherwise you woudnt even be able to see it. Secondly, because people can survive getting hit by lightning (in fact, most people do) while nobody ever survived getting hit by lava. Its freaking lava, how can you argue its not the most deadly? And I didnt understood anything else you said. Is english your native language or what?

@giantWario ye but... the reason of people survival to a lightning its just cause lightning has a duration of a blink of an eye... and Ener can make a lighning that persist much more time than a normal lightning. oh and Magma doesnt reach the temperature of lightning... lightning temperature is 15.0000. there is a consistent difference :)

Oda has stated that Enel is on a level of power equivalent to the shikibukai, and that his only real weakness is inexperience in dealing with people at his level. And electricity (lightening) does move at the speed of light.

Fisrt, your right lightning, moves at about half the speed of light in a vacuum. I atmosphere that number can change based on several variables. But, ideally light moves about twice as fast as lightning. In the context where I made my previous statement, my point was that in any context where they fought, the difference in speed would be moot, because they are both moving far faster than would be possible to counter.
In fact, Enel would have the advantage.

Even in the story a man with a body made of fire was killed by being punched once by a lava fist while everyone important struck by Enel El Thor survived. No matter if its in real life or in One Piece, you'd have to be retarded to argue that lightning is deadlier then lava (which considering your grammar, you most likely are. Sorry for your handicap)

Lightning is only hot on the moment of impact, it doesnt even last 0.01 seconds, some people who are hit by lightning dont even get burned you retard. Just look it up, most people hit by lightning in real life survive quite easely, one guy got hit by lightning 7 times in his life. Meanwhile, lava still kill you aumatically, find me one lava victim who survived.

Well yeah, in real life nobody could beat almost any of the One Piece characters. Enel isn't even close to being the most powerful character in the One Piece world though. Even Oda says that there are tons of guys that can beat Enel.

yeah, but this isnt happening in the real world, there are no devil fruits in real life, so if the author of one piece decides that rubber can deflect 100.000.000 w in his world, it can and enel can be defeated, and even if enel could defeat luffy, he could be defeated by any haki user, so the bouty of 5000000000 is totaly overrated
