Scorpion was a ninja for hundreds of years and as far as im concerned he's the strongest non god character in MK but he cannot beat Kratos. Kratos kills Gods and beasts the size of skyscrapers for a living so anyone on MK 9 wont be a problem. I dont even think MK's strongest characters can take on any one of Kratos' enemies. Hermes, maybe, but they better not kill him or it will be a draw.
