we invented a machine to help out the low oxygen problem in our end of town- a problem with all polluted rivers, maybe it could help you out also.

its called the AquaCannon, the worlds first ocean going aerator, if it can provide oxygen to a megaton fish farm, imagine how fast it would break down the bad things in your river.
