hmm i ve been trying to draw something on ms paint, but i still feel that it is bad, i cant draw really good, it is hard to draw with mouse, it feels kinda like drawing with left hand...

how long do u take to master it?

Just keep practicing in MSPaint (or what ever the mac equivalant to it is) and you'll get the hang of it.
