the show is shown from the point of view of americans. they don't have the pilots of other airforces because it would be difficult to aquire not beause it is narrow minded. It is not easy to get enough mission information, the actual pilots and their point of view, exact details, plane specs, from classified military files of other countries to fill a whole hour show. So it is an american/israeli show.
You think it would be harder to find german pilots than american? hardly! there are loads of other documentaries on ww2 from german perspectives or both.
Iv also seen interviews with north korean pilot veterans from that war in an other series.

The vast majority of Erik Hartmann's kills were on teenage Russian pilots who had less than 40 hours of flight time before they entered combat. If you research, you'll find that only 7 of his 352 kills were on American planes. He accumulated 352, kills, over a staggering 1,425, missions. This is the lowest combat efficiency of ALL aces. Most of Germany's top aces died in combat, due to many factors.

Look, if you know something about radars you would know that any regurlar airport radar has a filter so that birds dont clutter up the image. (f-117 has a radar image of a small bird). IF you know that where the F-117 is flying (and the USAF got cocky, they flew the same route four days in a row, there are Austrian air civilian air control radar images that prove that as far as Austria, they saw the F-117s path each night). Anyway,radar filters off, and blast the blip that is now visible.

No, the P-57 never existed. The XP-57 was a proposal filed by Tucker aviation for a fighter. Tucker went out of Business before they could even draw it up.

It is significant to the pilot, it's his own history he's talking about. The junior pilots take notes of these in their training and applies them in combat. That's why the programs contain comments from younger personnels as well as the veterans.
I think significance depends on who is accessing the information; this may be of no significance to you, but I bet a lot of flight students throughout the decades have found this significant.

It is significant to the pilot, it's his own history he's talking about. The junior pilots take notes of these in their training and applies them in combat. That's why the programs contain comments from younger personnels as well as the veterans.

I think significance depends on who is accessing the information; this may be of no significance to you, but I bet a lot of flight students throughout the decades have found this significant.
