Sugar was a four-member Korean girl pop group that employed the standard array of uptempo dancey tunes and slow ballads as well as the occasional rock song later on.
Wow, I've played this song a million times back in the days. I haven't heard it for many years. Still instant love :) Copper Blue was perfect. It brings back some great memories.
My favorite CD front to back. There is no disc in my catalogue that I will ever think as fondly as Copper Blue. And I make it a personal duty to turn on new generations to this music. I work in a restaurant and this disc always has a place :) Keep on Rocking Bob and friends :)
@73maplepiper ...definitely one of my favourite cds and I loved husker du as well as his solo stuff but this ranks with zen arcade and new day rising.
Bob Mould said that there were no reasons to dislike the Copper Blue (1992) album. By listening this powerful power pop song, I can easily understand what he meant by saying this!
Whoa... talk about a flashback. This meant a lot in 1992.

The song seems to give a vague nod to the jangle pop sound of 80s Dunedin bands and the like, which I find really cool.
