yeah, imagine a contractor, being recruited by any IW BM, who comes online and searches "union ironworker" maybe they come upon this video. First thing they see are Ironworkers a few hundered feet up (the cameraman clearly not in a "connector" capacity), within 6 feet of the buildings edge, and no fall arrest or fall restraint system in sight. Is it so hard to beleive potential contractors will say "hey these guys will be a liability to me!"...?
