Everyone had fun, but the one in San Francisco was just very politic and kinda bitter... well Tokyo is a big city and San Francisco is small, not cosmopolitan as big cities like Tokyo, Mexico City, Manila, Rio, New York, and European capitals. it's another culture...generally the concept of "pride" in japanese culture is not so logic...it's a western idea imported in japan...it's a long discourse. so don't try to paragonate it with other prides.

In japan there are even many contraddictions about gay love also today.

Hehe, gay pride in Tokyo is so orderly and sedate. It was gay pride in London yesterday and people were screaming, whistling, LOUD music etc. Apparently in Israel it gets even crazier!!

Hehe, there are gay people everywhere! Even in the tiniest African villages there are probably gay people. The thing is that in Western Europe (for example) most adult gay people are out, whereas in Africa (for example) most adult gay people are in the closet.
