i love kenta. here he is the cocky champ and plays it very well. in the beginning he half assed covered ishimori. but at the end, when it came to business. he put it to bed. too bad ishimori OVERsold the G2S. great match otherwise.
It's still better than Punk's interpretation. If Punk was still in ROH, KENTA would 'show' him how it's REALLY done. And KENTA's theme reminds me of Joe (cries)...

It just looks better to me (and makes more sense) when they crumble to the mat, like in his match with KUDO or Low-Ki. Just what I think, I may be wrong.
He is. He maybe a just seem to be a lightheavyweight Akira Maeda wannabe, but his work transcends what you can actually see. He controls the pace so well, builds psychology way better than any other NOAH Junior. Marafuji included. Marafuji just bumps, consistantly nosells after 5 minutes and clutz up all his little highspots that make no sense. Like lariating heavyweights. That gimmick is weak.

Ref bumps are quite rare on japan's bigger promotions, and this one at least was unexpected, on the WWE you can easyly see them coming. Awesome match.
