@ExViTerminiBackup They're both sick cars though. How is this dsm able to run a 8.8 1/4 mile with only 1000hp? /watch?v=tmL8iSH2WaM&feature=r­elated .I guess it's because of a weight difference? Also obviously the dsm is set up to only do 1/4 mile races, whereas the GT-R isn't. Just seems like 1400hp would get better than an 8.27. Maybe lack of traction is the problem?

@nrajcoomar I do actually. Mario sold his car because he was not able to maintain it from abroad (he was away because of work). He sold it to Croydon Racing Development (Also known as CRD, which is a renowned modification company). They claimed to have made some modifications to the engine to make it even faster, but the quarter mile time remained virtually the same.

852kw= roughly 1160 hp..

@oOboldarOo True. The theoretical top, according to its owners, is 1350 hp. In my eyes, this is a little exaggerated, because the turbo they used simply cannot cope with that kind of mechanical stress. 1450 - 1300 is an absolute maximum for this car.

I don't think this is 1400 HP car. My buddy and I went to ams to tune his 541 HP Nissan 240 SX and I saw a 1000 HP NSX there and the guy said with these high horsepower cars over 800 HP they cant be on the rollers because they will grip and launch off. They have to run the high horsepower cars dynos jacked up and the equipment connected directly to the axles.
