@adamski895RS Agreed and what the fuck is a legal observer? can't find anything in the Bill of rights that gives these "legal observers" any rights at at, legal observers regardless of if you put on a red jacket or high vis jacket are just normal people with no special powers and It shocks me many of these people use this imaginary status to flout the alws themselves, in other videos legal observers are shown to try and free arrested anarchists, it's no different to the Red Cross WWII incidents
@adamski895RS Oh in case you were curious about the Red Cross thing, it was an incident during the Battle of Britain where Red Cross (Do not attack these planes) were being used to spy on this country, these legal observers are doing the same thing to get away with perverting the course of justice.
@brightlight747 Mate I have travelled quite extensively throughout the world. Admittedly not the far east tho. Destruction of freedom in the west is agenda based tho, of that there can be little doubt.
This has nothing to do with police hiding anything any everything to do with not allowing anyone to interfere with their work. It's just common sense to allow as few civilians as possible into a controlled search area. There was no reason whatsoever for you to be there, and he was 100% right to refuse you entry. You cannot be a 'legal observer' because you have no legal right to be there
Nice work officer clown. I know, your superior told you so. An what if you superior shoot himself in the head. I know that if you do so, we will not have your disgusting fat face on film.
They wanted limited press there because the search and confiscation was to disarm everyone because they preplanned using force to harrass and intimidate the protestors. They had undercover cops in the crowd who created the violence and report of it so they can justify the force to end it. They wanted limited videotaping, you will also notice those with videotaping will their primary focus, usually trying to break the camera or take it away. This was all planned by the cops you need to protest it
Legal observer or Lawful observer? Legal means statutes which only apply with the consent of the governed and are frequently enforced with violence in order to generate revenue. Lawful means Law. The Law is eternal and universal. No stealing, harming another or damaging property that is not your own, and no fraud. If you behave with honour you will not fall foul of the Law. People like Mr Arms Folded You Shall Not Pass are simply generating revenue for themselves and others. Withdraw consent.
Rember a COnstable of the law has sworn to uphold the common law. What we see nowadays are police officers enforcing ACTS AND STATUTES. If we keep being harrased by the police they will lose the ordinary peoples support. Remember WE PAY for the police to put in jail gangsters thieves and rapists not harras law abiding citizens excersising there right to protest..
@crapgame11 not entirely true, in fact there is an Act that tells police officers what they are meant to do the Police and Evidance Act aka PACE as well as being involved with theft laws, fraud laws etc and more recently the terrorist laws
A police officers job has changed a lot since the old days when they upheld common law
i had it out with one at milford junction on saturday.these are the same dickheads who darent challenge guys drinking beer out of tins on york station on raceday.they are only one step up from blunketts bobbies.
you fucking crusties make me laugh..slag capitalism off yet nearly everything to eat, wear, touch derives from capitalism...I guess your perfect utopia is chickpeas, lentils, chunky knit jumpers and a large slice of anarchy thrown in for good measure.
they have a job watching the police hopefully do their job properly and obviously they arnt are they because they are withholding information.if it wasnt alright they would of openly said the inspectors name or the commanding officers name but nope just complealty ignored the guy!big up the uk cop watch teams!know your rights and inform the public they do have rights against the civil servants ie police, government, queen hahaha
@splatuality ok firstly is it a human right to observe?? and if so it was a stop and search area, basicly saying if you wanna observe then you have to go through security
@arumdevil as far as im aware it can be derogated from and in this case it was a closed off area for security reasons therefore there was nothing unlawful about the officer stopping people without going through a security checkpoint
@TaylorOnTheMic ahh... a yobbo is a british term for louts and troublemakers, vandals, general troublemakers that usually hang about in gangs or groups...
my point here was the police don't bother with the yobbo's much because they are much harder to convict and get fines out off.. they usually get meaningless asbo's (anti social behavior orders), which means most times they are just ordered not to go into the area they caused the trouble in...
Fucking fascists, upholders of the law - what a joke. Assholes like this make me really angry. This is public land and the camreaman DOES have permission to film. Nazis
And maybe when you wake up and hear somebody trying to get into your house but are too scared to go down stairs but expect somebody to do the job for you by calling 999 then maybe police should tell you to "have a nice day". Or maybe when you are in the process of being assaulted and expect police to risk their lives to save you, maybe they should turn round to you and tell you to "have a nice day". Police do a great job, risking their lives more often than we realise, for all of us.
Thats nice .. very mature and lets hope one day you or your family won't need them with an attitude like that. No wonder thats the attitude you receive if you talk like that ..
I have a better idea. Ban all Police officers from drinking in your pubs! OR post a bouncer at the door to do illegal searches and confiscate unwanted items from them before they enter. I would suggest that everyone just stop serving the Police at your shops and whatever business you own. Including Grocery Stores. Then when they complain. tell them..."Hey. Now you know what it feels like. Have a nice day" =)

I had a mate from school who joined the police to catch muggers car theives and thugs and believed in the law.
He left about 18 months ago because he was asked to make up the law on the spot and then let people go after he nicked them, just to delay people.
Political policing and hitting targets just destroyed this guy's dream and his sense of duty.
Sad.

I have phoned the police to tell them about bricks being thrown by yobbos through a women's window,
was left hanging on the phone for 15 minutes,
faced the yobs myself,
dangerous not only because of the immediate danger but because they can attack your home anytime,
also had the same problem when some set fire to a school bin,
As for the refusal to name the inspector,
we get told all the time if you have nothing to hide you have nothing to fear,
yet we see the police hiding all the time.
