  • Deadlifts are awesome! no matter how you do them they kick your ass...literally!....you know when you are doing them wrong...you pull a muscle...common sense....anyone who does deadlifts knows...so everyone has a different style....they are a good exercise

  • @mobsterunion in this case, they are used for dead lifts. but they can work your traps. depending on the work out you do.

    Trapbar deads hammer the quads in a way that the straightbar simply cannot. Its an extremely useful compound movement for lowerbody hypertrophy/strength. Not to mention it solidifies your core.
