Trapbar deads hammer the quads in a way that the straightbar simply cannot. Its an extremely useful compound movement for lowerbody hypertrophy/strength. Not to mention it solidifies your core.
Are trap bars harder than straight bars for deadlifts?

@mobsterunion in this case, they are used for dead lifts. but they can work your traps. depending on the work out you do.

i deadlift 465... on barbell. and i use all back no legs. if you build a "strong back" your fine. trap deadlift is for pansys.
