  • EVERYONE: Freedom of speech is one of the principals of our (US) constitution. Take that away and you take away from the deaths of soldiers fighting to defend the constitution. You don't have to like it, or respect it; but you've got to let people express themselves... Iraq War Veteran.

  • Why should he be prevented from making money off the death of soldiers? Exxon/Mobil does it every day!

  • Personally, I don't think what he's doing is wrong... he's only telling the truth.

Wake up, people. The war is wrong and we all know it.

  • if the shirts were free it would be protected. but to sell them for personal profit is exploitation of the soldiers and the situation. It violates a right to peace for the families. regaudless on how you feel about the war it must be agreed that parading their names for profit is not only immoral but illegal. After all if his claim is true then writers would not have to get consent to use other non-public figures names when writing a book. That is illegal and so is what this man is doing.

  • So I guess the Vietnam memorial is illegal too?

  • He should be sued for the entire profit made $66,000. It should be donated to the fallen soldier's families. I believe in remembering the names of those who gave their lives for this country. Why not force him to donate it to help those whose names he wrongly profited from. This is truly outrageous!! I hope he does something right with that money or he will be haunted by the ghosts of those soldiers. I wouldn't want to mess with that karma.
