VFC, and KWA i would say are the two best overall manufacturers. G&G is solid but they don't really put in any cool features or super reinforced gearboxes. G&P is amazing externally but they strip gears a lot. But i will say that my G&G has gone 30,000+ rounds over around 6 months and ive fallen on it, etc. It hasn't failed me yet and its just there Combat Machine line so G&G's are very durable.

@jackobtinn the KWA and VFC ar about the same in terms of external quality, Internally, it is a different story. the VFC has very good stock externals with steel gears, reinforced gearbox,bunch of goodies, but it is not lipo ready, you could put a lipo, but it wont as long as the KWA. +1 for KWA. However, VFC is a very easy to maintain gun with its innovative automatic reshimming tech. So you wont have to reshim the gears...ever. KWA is better performance wise, but VFC is user friendlier

@bobbyb618 no it isn't, the king arms would be a better choice than this gun, mostly due to the fact that it has better internals and it comes with magpul external upgrades. G&G GR16 3rd place, VFC E series 2nd place, King Arms Magpul MOE 1st place

@TheSympathize Really?  REALLY? VFC has the best externals along with G&P. Internally, VFC one of the best Marui style guns. King Arms has nice externals, but internals parts are similar to a G&G. G&G is the lowest end of the high end line of guns. They use parts that should be used and nothing more.

@tylerflow VFC internal wiring is some of the worst ive seen for a manufacturer that makes guns that costs 280 bucks+ the king arms that comes with magpul accessories is a better deal in terms of price, the external upgrades which will cost you 100 bucks and the better internal wiring and pretty much the same high quality internals. G&G has never failed me, VFC i've had to resoder 3 of their guns, and ive stripped gears at least two times on one of the guns since the auto shim tech malfunctioned

@MrDrAlfonso The ECHO 1 full metal is a rebranded VFC. Externals seem similar, using aluminum and a realistically sized pistol grip. Internals also seem almost the same, but the VFC has plastic holding down the wiring so it won't get in the way of any moving parts, and VFC uses a 6.04mm inner barrel by default. I don't know if the ECHO 1 has the same diameter. External finish seems a bit different with the trades and prices are close, so I'd get the VFC instead of a rebranded one.

@naruto9500 Seal Team Six doesn't exist. They were disbanded in the 80s and are now called USN Special Warfare Development Group, or DEVGRU. The only reason why people still call DEVGRU ST6 is because the press keeps calling them that cuz they're all idiots and can't get anything straight. If you call DEVGRU Seal Team they'll look at you like ur retarded.

@KingWixo this gun has a bit nicer and slightly more realistic externals. Internally (performance and reliability wise) the KWA will outshoot the VFC. I don't think there's a finer stock gun out there that performs better than the new KWAs. VFC's are great too, but I'll take the increased performance of a KWA. I considered this gun, but I'm going with the KWA M4 RIS (debated between that and the SR10) due to the fact that I won't have to do any upgrading, it's good to go out of the box.

@44warjunkie no blowback. Visually, VFC's are some of the nicest and most realistic airsoft AEGs that I've seen and held. It wont stack up to a gas blow back like a WA, G&P, Ino, KJW, or WE, due to the action, but VFC's are nice guns look and feel wise. Word to the wise, AEG's with "blowback" 90% of the time don't actually have felt recoil, it's just a visual effect.

The E1 platinum is similar but not quite the same, its wired to the back, comes with an extra hi-cap and a case.

Yea it does. All airsoft guns must ship with an orange tip, and legal you normally supposed to keep them on. But these guns actually even ship with a spare black birdcage flashhider. The orange tip on this gun just a metal cap that screws off. Pretty awesome of VFC to save you some money by not making you buy another flashhider if you want a black one.
