Bugger it !!! instead of this crappy in ya face music in this tutorial that gave me a heart attack when it came on Why the hell could you not actually speak through this tutorial..If people can't be buggered talking we can't be buggered watching..plus makes it hard to see or work out what the hell you are doing...Thanks for letting me have this big moan as it is a total piss off to think we are going to hear speaking and get blasted by crap music NOT TO GOOD

First of all you select the layer by making a left click on it, the layer should turn blue. After that you can either right-click it or you you can to Layer... and apply whatever you wanna do to it.

i had a go at this and i got what u did but diffrent letters are more see through anyway try messing with the overlay of the layers i made some nice ice writeing that was see through. :) thanks for the vid.

I thought of an idea that you could make this text but then make and identical text and make it look like its leaning on the text you have made.. ?

I think it can be done using the same process. I haven't tried it though.

The secret is in the Motion Blur Filter. You have to play with the Angle, until you get something you like.@JamsterVids

Actually it can be done. You can even use different types of fonts. Use the text tool. Type something. This should create the first layer. Change font, size... type something again and it should create a second layer with a different font, size. Click on the layer on top and select Merge Down. Of go to Layer>>Merge Down .

Follow the rest of the tutorial.

Go to File>>Save or Save As...

Give it a name and an extension (.XCF , .JPEG ,  .PNG ...) If you want to edit it later I would recommend to save it as .XCF. If you want to save it for the way use .JPEG.
