After the playthrough, you have different choices:
campaign statistics screen
watch replay (thats what you choose)
restart
exit to map
When you watch the replay, you can press triangle to manage your video
When you did this, you can Save it on HDD, Upload to YouTube (its really an Option on that game!!) or Delete Video...
Just chose Upload to Youtube and it will be done... but it takes a loooong time
