I don't think so. You can also use it with Counter Strike and Team Fortress 2.

Have you looked in the "Tools" tab in your Steam window?

When i open Source SDK, i have to choose game, where i want create map. Wich game i choose to create map for gmod 9?

Gmod is a game that uses resources from multiple games, so you can actualy chose whatever game you want. You can even start the map with one game, then edit it with another, but im not 100% sure about Gmod 9... If it doesnt work you can always use Half-Life 2.

how do you actuly save to a .bsp, cos ive finished my map, but i dont know how to save it to a .bspand i dont want to just run it in source sdk, i want to run it properly as a .bsp, help?

I know, anything is better for game recording than a screen recorder... thats why i my newer videos uses Fraps.

How do i save bsp files

There are 3 ways: Press F9 (Shortcut), Click "File" in upper left corner and then "Run Map", or you could just press the shortcut icon wich is looking like a controller. A window should pop up, leave the setting to normal and click OK, and your computer will begin to compile. The bigger the map, the longer the compile.

NB: If you have a BIG map and you just want to test it, set the "Run VIS" setting do fast and it will compile alot faster, but be shure to have it on normal at the final compile

That has something to do with your map, try deleting some strange shapes, or advanced stuff and it should work

do not rate it wrong because I got this to work in one try 1. go on start a.k.a the flag 2. go on "my computer" 3. local (C:) 4. Now go to programs 5. steam 6. steam apps 7. your name 8.conter strike 9. cstrike 10. maps 11. copy map u want 11. go back to source mod 12. gmod9 13. paste it on in the bottom. Done a.k.a this works on day of defeat and half life death mach. fast way to get 9/11 map on gmod.

damn how is u lucky. U can go in maps!!! I cannot everytime i go in a map "from any game even the start maps" it says something with a library...

My best advice is deleting gmod completely from your computer and download again. Sorry i cant help you. :/
