I think that the answer to how this was done is to consider that the steel center columns were used as the antennae to create the Hutchison Effect and that the energy source would have to have been located in the basement....Why?, because the device was still producing energy after the buildings had evaporated and the only thing left standing was the partial center steel column which then also evaporated. I think she is looking at the evidence and doing her best with her scientific education to draw some conclusions as to what happened. So much of the evidence was wisked away quickly.
