Why didn't the UN enforce its own resolutions. If Al Queda attacked again do you think the Bush haters would have said his not invading Afganistan and Iraq was the right move. They whoul have blamed him for not defending the USA. All the UN had to do was uphold its own resoutions and USA would not have gone to war.
