The best translation of the tittle I've read is "The love of Sweet American shit/bullshit." From my very limited knowledge of the Japanese language the song seems to be a slur on the USA and its propaganda. I honestly think the sneezing in the PV is MTH implying that they're allergic to the bs in America. Or maybe I'm 100% wrong and they snorted some cocaine/baking soda and didn't like the results. Either way, I love MTH and hope they continue to keep rocking the shit out of the world.
